1. Install the Mobiezy - Customer App on your phone.
2. Open the app and enter your phone number.
3. Enter your OTP to log in.
4. Payment, complaints, and set-top box information will be displayed.
5. You can pay your bills with various methods such as UPI, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Credit Card.

Note: Please contact your cable provider if you are having trouble logging in. This might occur if they do not have your correct phone number.

How to Renew Packs for NXT Digital, InDigital, and MetroCast Subscribers:

1. Log in to the Mobiezy - Customer App.
2. Click on the Renew option.
3. Choose to renew existing packs or renew with a change to the subscription plans.
4. Once satisfied with the selected packs, proceed to make the payment.
5. Select a payment method and complete the transaction.

You can also add single channels by clicking the "Add Channel" button.

How to Renew Packs for Hathway and Den Subscribers:

1. Log in to the Mobiezy - Customer App.
2. Click on the Renew option to renew existing packs as it is.
